Visit to the Synagogue

Lesson: Religious education

Class: Year 3 Year: 2024 - 2025

As part of our Religious Education unit, Judaism, Year 3 visited Southport Synagogue. The children were amazed at how beautiful the building is and were able to put all their knowledge into a real life context. Our tour guides were amazed at how much the children knew and they were able to take part in a quiz around the Synagogue. The children represented St. John's magnificently and it was fantastic to go out into the community and spead our message of JOY!
