Christmas Service

Thank you to all parents who joined us in Church on the last day of the Autumn Term for the Christmas service. Mrs Corbett led our service wonderfully and created a calm reflective atmosphere for us all to remember the true meaning of Christmas. The Church looked amazing adorned by candlelight and the children’s singing took the service to the next level! Year 3  narrated the service beautifully and practised their lines all week to ensure that they were ready. They also gave a truly memorable and  symbolic performance to ‘Carol of the Bells’ which is originally a Ukranian song and during this performance we were able to think about the unrest across the world this year and pray for peace in 2024. During the service Reception and Year 1 treated us to another number from their brilliant performance of The Twinkly Nativity! A fitting end to our Autumn term.
